Connect to the team server

Create a free project at supabase.com and run the setup SQL once. Then, in your Supabase project, press the green Connect button at the top — the panel shows both values ready to copy. (Or use Settings → API Keys for the key and Settings → Data API for the URL.) Everyone who enters the same two values shares the same records and accounts.
Either key type works: the new publishable key (sb_publishable_…) or the legacy anon public key (eyJ…). Both are meant to be public — they only work together with the access rules set by the setup SQL. Never paste a secret or service_role key here.

Printing uses A4 landscape. In the print dialog choose Landscape and destination Save as PDF for a PDF copy. The Print button on the Daily report tab prints this same sheet.

Every save, setting change and deletion is recorded with the signed-in user and the time. The log cannot be edited from inside the app.

Project

Fixed for every report
The project name is set on the home screen and shown locked on every daily report. Renaming it here renames the project everywhere. Location and signatory names stay editable day to day, and a new day inherits them from the last day you saved.

Table columns

This site's format — show, hide, rename, insert
Calculated columns (teal) keep computing even when hidden. Custom columns appear in the table, on the report sheet and in the day CSV; number columns can show a total on the sheet. The construction number cannot be hidden — everything hangs off it.

Signatories

Boxes print left → right on the report sheet
Each box has a title (e.g. Prepared By) and role columns (comma separated, e.g. Engineer, C.M, P.M). Use ‹ › to reorder. Names are typed per day on the Daily report tab.

Paper & printing

The Report sheet preview and the printed page both follow this setting — . Leave the scale at 100 unless the table runs off the page; 80–90 usually fits a wide table onto A4. Your browser's print dialog must use the same paper size.

Uploaded logos are shrunk to print size and stored with the project. They appear on the report sheet header — main contractor first, then the JV partner, with the Dongah mark on the right.

Which machine did each column
These appear as suggestions in the Machine column of the daily table (you can still type anything). The dashboard counts completed columns per machine. Hide the Machine column in Table columns if this site doesn't use it.

Mix & geometry constants

Theoretical injection per metre = ((Cement ÷ SG) + (Cement × W:C)) × Area — with the values above this is L/m (workbook cell V7 = 683.81 L/m). Daily cement (t) = total actual slurry (L) ÷ slurry volume factor ÷ 1000; the workbook's latest sheet uses 1.05, earlier sheets used the theoretical . See Formulas.

Include the header row and tick the box below — the app then matches your spreadsheet columns to its own by name, so a different column order still lands correctly. Upload Dwall_Cwall_BP_Panel_Records.xlsx. The sheets Dwall, Cwall, Barrette Pile and Bored Pile are read by matching their own header rows, so the column order can change without breaking the import.

Targets

Set the design total for each work type — the dashboard and register tabs measure completion against these.
